Polls give us numbers, ballots give us choices. But what about what you have to say?

Because a ballot doesn’t tell the whole story, Beyond the Vote is a new space to share, in your own words, what matters to you.

This public consultation is open to everyone across Quebec. It is conducted independently and on a non-partisan basis by Polaire, a Quebec-based organization using technology to strengthen democracy. Our goal is to make it as easy, inclusive and effective as possible for as many people as possible to have their say.

There are just five questions. You can answer briefly or take as much space as you need. Share your thoughts by text or voice message, in French or English.

All responses will be kept confidential and published anonymously, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

To ensure fairness and traceability, Polaire uses artificial intelligence to analyze contributions at scale, while ensuring that each one is given equal weight in the final analysis, whether it is short or long, written or spoken.

The findings of this consultation will be made public to highlight what participants want to express beyond the vote.
